ELDOA

Classes focus on a unique method of postural and spinal decompression designed to enhance overall mobility and well-being. Participants engage in targeted exercises that promote better alignment, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural recovery processes.

Afternoon Reboot
Invigorate your afternoon with a quick 45-minute HIIT class. HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is an interval-training sequence featuring high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga blends gentle stretches and supported poses to foster deep relaxation and healing. Participants are encouraged to practice mindfulness and rejuvenation in a calming, supportive environment to promote overall well-being and stress relief.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing fuses martial arts techniques with high-intensity cardio for a powerful workout that boosts strength, agility, and endurance. In a dynamic and supportive environment, participants will master essential kicks and punches while significantly enhancing their overall fitness levels.

Cardio/Core

Cardio/Core combines dynamic core stabilization and invigorating cardio exercises, elevating heart rate while increasing strength and endurance. Participants will be challenged in a motivating setting designed to support overall fitness.

WholeSelf Strength and Cardio
WHOLESELF Strength and Cardio merges dynamic strength training with high-intensity cardio to elevate your overall fitness and endurance. This class fosters a supportive environment, encouraging participants to achieve personal growth while embracing holistic wellness.

Tabata
This is a 30-minute high-intensity interval strength/cardio class that consists of 8 sets of fast-paced exercises, each lasting 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
